Summertime is over, and it is officially Fall season. Are you looking for something to do on Saturday, October 13th? Come out and invite the family as Marbut PTA invites you to its Fall Festival at Marbut Elementary Traditional Theme School. This event is for all ages and attendees will enjoy all the festivities, including food, games, and music.

Visitors can bring the kids to participate in the many attractions the festival has to offer. There will be inflatables and bungee trampolines for children to take turns and jump around for periods at a time. If you have a child who enjoys exercising and climbing, the rock-climbing attraction is another fun way of keeping the kids active as they test their endurance in the effort of making it to the top. Parents and children can also get on the amazing train ride and participate in various fun-filled games, including the obstacle course and a dunk tank contest.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and before the Fall festival begins, you will have an opportunity to participate in the Breast Cancer Walk kicking off at 9 a.m.  PTA of Marbut is presenting the 2nd Annual Walk for a Cure where participants will walk from Marbut Theme School to Lithonia High School. Attendees interested in participating in the walk can register now by going online to mkt.com/ptaofmarbut.

Lastly, don’t forget to have your face painted by the professionals in this family fun event for the entire community.
